1. Research-Only Products

All products sold by Galactyx Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, including peptides, NAD+, or other compounds.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@galactyxresearch.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and, at our discretion, provide:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Refund for the item

3. Shipping Errors

If we make an error with your shipment (wrong item or missing item), we will correct the error at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after we verify the damaged/incorrect item
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products misused or not stored according to instructions
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact orders@galactyxresearch.com with your order number and issue details
  2. Provide photos or proof of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions

7. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the error was ours
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns
